PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT SERVICE

The Professional Management Service (“PMS”) offered by American Market Access LLC (“AMA”) provides a thorough solution to the critical question of how to establish and best manage a newly formed U.S. subsidiary in the most cost effective fashion. It is intended to minimize costs and provide essential financial controls while supporting an effective sales and marketing campaign.

PMS offers an A – Z approach that minimizes demands on parent company management while ensuring the smooth set up and launch of a U.S. venture. The cost structure channels investment dollars into the important sales and marketing effort and avoids unnecessary administrative costs. It provides the organizational structure to support and guide an effective, continuing sales and marketing campaign. At the same time, it provides regular financial and activity reporting to parent company management to keep management fully informed of the subsidiary’s progress.

PMS includes:
  • Company Formation. AMA oversees the timely establishment of a U.S. entity.
     
  • Finance. AMA establishes bank accounts and controls all expenditures on behalf of the U.S. subsidiary, maintains daily accounting records and provides monthly financial reports to parent company.
     
  • Accounting. AMA coordinates filings with outside auditors and ensures timely filing of appropriate state and federal tax returns.
     
  • Personnel. AMA oversees the identification and recruitment of necessary sales (or other) personnel and coordinates appropriate training with parent company.
     
  • Marketing. AMA designs a marketing campaign targeting previously agreed sectors, prepares appropriate materials in “American English” and executes mail and print campaign.
     
  • Sales. AMA coordinates and directs sales effort tied directly to marketing campaign and provides monthly reports of sales activities (i.e. actual sales, customer/prospect meetings, appointments set, mailings sent).
     
  • Shipments. AMA coordinates with parent company for delivery of products to customers.
     
  • Service. AMA coordinates with parent to provide after sales service to customers as agreed.
